Repairs are job specific and quotes for labor are available by contacting us at the above email address.  All items received from customers, regardless of condition, will be photographed upon receipt and prior to shipment back to the customer, and any pre-existing damage noted as well.  OWS is not responsible for damage incurred during shipment to or from O.W.S. Airsoft, L.L.C. , as this damage is the liability of the freight service( shipping insurance is highly recommended).  OWS is not responsible for any pre-existing internal, external, or cosmetic damage and may not be held liable for such.
